Yes. Unit owners are automatically members of the HOA.
The annual assessment is $100 for each unit. New owners pay a one-time initiation assessment
of $200. The annual assessment is due by the end of January each year.
The unit owners elect a Board of Directors who handle the business and affairs of the HOA. The Board also elects officers of the HOA, including a President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer. The Board also may appoint committees to conduct business on behalf of the Board. The Board meets each month to conduct the business of the HOA.

If you are planning improvements to your property, please consult the Conditions, Covenants, and Restrictions (CC&Rs) and the Old Iron Estates Homeowners Association’s Bylaws and submit your plans to the Architectural Review Committee. There is an Architectural Review Committee request form available to all unit owners under the “Information” section of the HOA website.
