2026 Pear Tree Program
Please consider treating the street pear trees infront of your property. Treatment of the trees prevents a trellis rust from forming and allows the trees to bloom beautifully for the season. If interested in participating, please see the 2026 pricing information from our vendor Good's Tree Care.

Our community was founded in 2001 by developer and builder M. Kevin Ricker. Since then, we have grown to over 90 homes and continue to thrive as a private community.
